14-day money-back, first subscription only.

The policy

If you're not happy with Stringer, email support@the-stringer.lol within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge and we'll refund the payment in full.

What's covered

  • Your first-ever Stripe charge for a paid tier (monthly or annual).

What's not covered

  • Renewals after the first cycle — cancel in Settings › Billing to stop future charges.
  • Repeat subscriptions — if you cancel then re-subscribe later, the new subscription is not refundable.
  • Upgrade charges on an existing subscription — downgrade instead (effect at next cycle).

How to request

Email support@the-stringer.lol from the address on your account. Mention the charge date or Stripe receipt ID if you have it. We typically process refunds within two business days; Stripe takes 5-10 days to return funds to your card.
