Exporting and Deleting Your Data

Pro and Power tiers can export a JSON archive of their account at Settings › Account › Export data. The archive includes:
Email credentials and OAuth tokens are NOT included in the export for security reasons.
At Settings › Account › Delete account, confirm and your account is queued for deletion. Within 30 days we delete:
Audit logs tied to your account are retained indefinitely for legal and forensic purposes, per our Privacy Policy.
Free accounts can delete directly. Export isn't available on free — upgrade to Pro or Power first if you need an archive before deleting.
You don't have to delete. You can disconnect your email account (keeps your settings, stops the inbound feed) or downgrade to Free (keeps everything, minus limits).
