Approval Mode

Review every reply before it goes out. Pro and Power only.

What it does

By default, Stringer schedules and sends replies automatically with human-like delays. With approval mode on, replies are drafted and queued but never leave your outbox until you click Send.

When to use it

  • You're just getting started and want to see what the AI is saying.
  • You're using Stringer for a work inbox and need to vet outbound text.
  • You're dialing in a new persona and want to catch weird replies early.

How to turn it on

  1. Go to Settings › Behavior.
  2. Toggle Approval mode.
  3. Reviewed replies send immediately on approval (no more delay).

You can also enable approval mode per conversation from the conversation detail page.

The queue

Drafted-but-unsent replies live on the Email queue page. Each row shows the recipient, subject, preview, scheduled time, and three buttons: Send now, Edit, Cancel. Power tier can also reschedule.
